HPOS-compatible order access and standard WooCommerce templates/blocks are documented. Test third-party gateways, themes, custom builders and pricing extensions on staging. The tagged readme says “tested up to 7.1”; the live directory metadata reports 7.1.3.
Start with Free
Install, configure, test
- Install and activate WooCommerce 8.5 or newer. Confirm InnoDB transaction support.
- In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New and search for Devoynx Rewards. Install and activate the Free plugin, or upload its official ZIP.
- Open WooCommerce → Devoynx Rewards → Settings. Set earning and redemption values, award status and optional rewards.
- Open My Account → Rewards for the wallet, or place [devoynx_rewards_wallet] on another page.
- Test earning, redemption, failed payments, cancellation and partial refunds on staging before enabling the programme for customers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Free plugin need Pro or a license key?
No. The Free features listed here work without a license connection or paid account. Pro is a separate optional add-on.
Can customers earn points and redeem them at checkout?
Yes. Purchase points are awarded at the merchant-selected order status. Supported classic and Blocks checkout flows reserve points for unpaid orders, release them on failure or cancellation, and adjust balances for refunds. Earning previews are estimates.
Are referrals, levels and badges included in Free?
Yes. Basic referrals, recognition levels and achievement badges are listed Free features. Levels and badges recognise progress; they do not multiply earnings or change prices.
How do guest purchase claims work?
When enabled, eligible paid guest orders can be claimed within the configured window. Customers must sign in and verify access to the order billing email. The store email transport must work.
What is included in Pro and how much does it cost?
Pro is an optional add-on. Contact Devoynx to discuss its features, pricing, licensing and availability for your store.
Will it work with every theme, payment gateway and currency?
Free supports standard WooCommerce templates, HPOS-compatible order access and product/cart/checkout blocks. Custom builders may need [devoynx_rewards_earning]. Multi-currency conversion is not included. Test your theme, payment gateway and pricing extensions on staging.
